If he or she is selected for the HMH High School Performance Assessment (HSPA) then the student is expected to deliver a full report that contains all the requisite HMH Pass & Fail criteria.It is possible that the presenter's grade will be lower than his or her HSPA score. But it is necessary to deliver the HMH High School Performance Assessment during the HSPA year to avoid penalties, which are typically assessed for not meeting performance standards.
